My daughter and I are both current patients with Dr. Biermann. He and his staff have been so fantastic. Always greeted with a cheerful face. They helped my 11-year-old daughter feel safe and comfortable getting braces on and during adjustments. I am doing Invisalign®, couldn’t be more pleased with the progress, and always feel that I am in safe hands. Everyone is always willing to answer any questions, and they have a very lovely office that my daughter and I both enjoy visiting. In addition, their pricing was competitive with other local offices, and they were able to work with my daughter’s issue without the use of a device for stretching her palate, of which she was very fearful. I recently finished Invisalign here and had a great experience. For the first time in my life, I love my teeth! I really appreciated that they were extremely clear and upfront about the whole process. They were patient and flexible with me, even after I moved to a different state. It was well worth it for me to do 4 4-hour drives to continue services here. There were no hidden fees or confusion. The facility is also very clean and easy to find. Additionally, the staff here are so helpful and really go above and beyond. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’d give it 6 stars if I could.
